One thing is certain. With flowers, each website becomes more colorful. Another reason for joining the Affiliate Program is potential earnings. We will reward you with commissions for every visitor who shops with us after being redirected from your website. And it is only up to you to how you let them know about flowers. So plant the first flowers on your website.

1.2. Forms of the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program should be tailored for each partner. Therefore, it contains several ad objects (hereinafter the “object”), for example, banners, text ads, page peels, text links, and more.

Our Affiliate Program offers objects in the “marketing materials” section along with the html code that can be easily embedded on the partner’s site. Objects are altered seasonally and by entering the entire code we can ensure that the displayed ads are up to date.

XML feed

Affiliate collaboration based on XML Feed takes place on the basis of careful individual partner approval by Kvety.sk.

The appearance of the partner’s website that joins the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program via XML Feed will look like the following:

• header and footer of the partner’s website;
• content, the body of the affiliate partner’s website will be loaded/copied to the Kvety.sk website;
• header and footer of the affiliate partner;
• Kvety.sk's offer will be displayed on all portals equally, thus ensuring timeliness and availability of the offer.

1.3. Conditions of co-operation

The affiliation with the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program grants partners revocable, non-exclusive rights for the entire duration of this agreement to place, free of charge, one or more banners on the Affiliate Partner website referring to the www.kvety.sk website with a unique affiliate ID assigned to the partner’s portal.

The collaboration is based on the percentage of the advertising commission for the Affiliate Program partner, which is calculated from the successful product sale of the company Kvety.sk, Ltd. on its website www.kvety.sk.

The products posted on www.kvety.sk are products of the company Kvety.sk, Ltd. active in the online delivery of flowers and gifts in Slovakia and abroad.

The collaboration can be denied if the affiliate partner site is not suitable for cooperation with Kvety.sk. Inappropriate partner portals are considered sites that:

• contain sexually explicit material,
• contain violence,
• promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or age,
• promote illegal activities,
• violate intellectual property rights,
• cause other intellectual property offenses,
• are in conflict with the company plans of Kvety.sk, Ltd.

When registering to the Affiliate Program, the partner agrees not to run the same or similar activities, nor will it participate in the promotion of similar services. If the partner’s request is denied, the partner may repeatedly request the cooperation if the reasons that prevented mutual cooperation have already ceased. In the event that during the cooperation the content of a page conflicting with the above-described points that exclude from cooperation is changed, Kvety.sk, Ltd. is entitled to withdraw from the contract without any additional compensation.

1.4. Registration to the Kvety.sk
affiliate program

Registration to the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program may be made at the affiliate.kvety.sk link.

When registering online, a partner will be assigned a unique affiliate ID that will serve to identify the entire affiliate program along with purchases.

>At the online registration to the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program, the partner agrees to:

• refrain from using any information obtained from www.kvety.sk in connection with this agreement for personal purposes, except to the extent allowed by law and this agreement;
• refrain from providing the information obtained from the Affiliate Program admin area to a third party. This information will only be used in cooperation with Kvety.sk;
• refrain from modifying the meaning or graphic appearance of banners, except their size.

Process of placing orders

After receiving an order made after clicking on an object placed on the partner’s site, the order will be registered in the online register of received orders of the company Kvety.sk. Already upon receipt, it will include customer origin information in the form of a partner affiliate ID.

After receiving the order payment information, the order automatically changes its status to “paid” and will be processed by Kvety.sk. When changing status to “completed”, the system will automatically add the advertising commission percentage to the partner in the “current commissions” section.

1.5. Determining the amount of advertising commision

The amount of the advertising commission is determined for the partner as follows:

• the commission will be paid to the partner if the total commission value exceeds 50 Euros incl. VAT;
• the commission amount is determined as a percentage of turnover for the total amount of products purchased by customers at their first order. The commission amount is calculated only from all first customer orders coming to www.kvety.sk from the objects on the partner’s page;
• the commission for a partner may range between 5 levels:

• 1st level – 3 %
• 2nd level – 5 %
• 3rd level – 7 %
• 4th level – 9 %
• 5th level – 11 %
• 6th level – 13 %
• 7th level – 15 %

Upgrading to a higher level can always be requested by the partner after 1 year of cooperation based on the turnover achieved.

1.6. Terms and conditions of provision payment

In the event that a customer, after clicking on a link placed on the website of his or her partner purchases any goods on the website www.kvety.sk, pays the due price properly and does not return the goods within the statutory time from its delivery, the partner is entitled to a reward amounting to the price of the first purchase.

Billing of commissions according to their amount is either:

monthly,
quarterly,
semi-annually,
annually.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the commission will be paid by bank transfer to the partner’s account entered in the Affiliate Program application form of Kvety.sk.

1.7. Co-operation with the Affiliate Partner

The cooperation agreement concluded for an indefinite period comes into force on the day the partner makes an online registration and agrees with the conditions for joining the Kvety.sk Affiliate Program.

Kvety.sk reserves the right to discontinue its cooperation if it finds that the partner's site has failed to meet the above-mentioned conditions. Kvety.sk may also discontinue the cooperation with its partner, without giving any reason.

The cooperation in this program is limited under Slovak law and the conclusion as well as termination of the contract and other terms of cooperation not specified in the contract fall under the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

The Affiliate Partner confirms that he has read this contract properly and agrees to all of its terms when submitting the application.
